1. Overview
AffTech ("we", "our", or "the platform") is a private, internal analytics and reporting system
used exclusively by our digital marketing team. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle
data accessed through the Google Ads API and related services in the course of managing our
own advertising campaigns.
Important: AffTech is not a public-facing product. It is an internal tool used solely
by our own team to manage our own Google Ads accounts. We do not collect data from website visitors
or provide access to third parties.
2. Data We Access
2.1 Google Ads API Data
We use the Google Ads API exclusively to access performance data from our own Google Ads
advertising accounts. The data accessed includes:
- Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions)
- Search term reports (aggregated, non-personally-identifiable search queries that triggered our ads)
- Ad group and keyword performance data
- Geographic and demographic performance breakdowns (aggregated data only)
- Budget and bidding information for our own campaigns
All data retrieved through the Google Ads API is aggregated and anonymized as provided by
Google. We do not access, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII)
of individual users who may have interacted with our ads.
2.2 Performance Network Data
We also access conversion and commission data from performance marketing networks we are
enrolled in. This data includes:
- Conversion counts and commission values tied to our campaigns
- Product and offer performance metrics
- Sub-ID tracking parameters that we define and control for attribution purposes
3. How We Use Data

- Internal Reporting: Generating private dashboards and reports for our team to monitor campaign performance.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyzing metrics to improve bidding, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Policy Compliance: Scanning search terms and landing pages to ensure all campaigns comply with Google Ads policies and quality standards.
- Negative Keyword Management: Identifying and blocking irrelevant or policy-sensitive search terms.
- Landing Page Monitoring: Verifying that our campaign landing pages are functioning correctly and meet Google Ads quality standards.
4. Data We Do Not Collect

- Personal data of end users who interact with our advertisements
- Cookies, device identifiers, or browser fingerprints of website visitors
- Email addresses, names, or contact information of any third party

6. Google Ads API Compliance
Our use of the Google Ads API strictly follows
Google Ads API Terms of Service and usage policies. Specifically:
- API access is limited to our own Google Ads accounts only.
- We do not use the API to manage, scrape, or access third-party accounts.
- OAuth2 credentials are stored securely and never shared externally.
- We do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Google Ads data.
- API usage is audited and logged internally for compliance review.
7. Search Term & Policy Compliance Scanning
As part of our commitment to responsible advertising, AffTech includes automated tools to
scan and review search terms that trigger our Google Ads campaigns. This process:
- Identifies search terms that may violate Google Ads content policies
- Flags irrelevant queries for negative keyword addition
- Ensures our ad placements are contextually appropriate and compliant
- Generates internal compliance reports reviewed by our team
Search terms processed are aggregated data provided by Google Ads and do not contain any
personally identifiable user information.
8. Third-Party Services
AffTech integrates with the following third-party services as part of its core operations.
Each service's data handling is governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Ads API — Campaign data retrieval (Google Privacy Policy)
- Performance Marketing Networks — Conversion and commission tracking
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, or social media pixels
on the AffTech platform itself.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of
this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after any changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
